Two day adult (15 and over) open water swim clinic with special focus for triathletes.
 
This clinic will be led by USA Swimming certified Coach Adam Rutz. Adam is a current youth swimming coach, former Director of Competitive Swimming at the Y of Central Maryland, collegiate swimmer, and Ironman.   In water clinic support will be provided by former USAT Youth and Junior Draft Legal National Championship Qualifier and current Division 1 college swimmer, Camille Shoemaker. 
 
Day 1
7-9PM  Saturday August 10 
Watermont Swim Club, Elkridge, MD.
Dryland instruction and pool drills.
 
Day 2
8-11AM Sunday August 11
Gunpower Falls State Park, Hammerman Area Middle River, MD
OWS instruction and practice.
 
Refreshments, pool and park entry fees will be provided.  
 
Tryout the FORM 2.0 swim demo goggles and get a $100 discount on a few pair.
 
No refunds.  Rain outs will be rescheduled.  Transportation is not provided but carpooling options are available.
