About the event
This is a two day adult (15 and over) open water swim clinic with focus for triathletes.
The target audience is new to intermediate triathletes who have raced at least one triathlon and are seeking to complete their first open water event, or experienced swimmers who are interested in finding one or two keys to unlock their swimming and take it to the next level. This would also be the perfect refresher for athletes racing Eagleman or other early summer races who want a refresher.
*This is NOT a learn to swim clinic. Athletes must be able to swim a minimum of 300m unbroken in a long course pool.
This clinic will be led by USA Swimming certified Coach Adam Rutz. Adam is a current UMBC Aquatics Director & RAC Senior Coach, collegiate swimmer, and Ironman.
